In order to receive a vending machine, there must be adequate space and accessibility for us to bring the machine into your establishment. There must also be a standard 115-volt outlet near the area where the vending machine will be place. High End Vendz only provides vending machine for indoor areas. 

High End Vendz provide all machines and services at no cost to your company. Our full-service programs include machine provision, installation, refills, and maintenance all for free. 

It takes 7 business days to receive a snack or drink vending machine. 

Machine sizes vary according to your needs. A member of our team will visit your establishment to determine the appropriate machine size based on your number of employees/visitors, and availability of space. 

You can choose products for your machine from our product list, or let our team create a custom product selection for you.

A refill schedule will be set based on the needs of your establishment, whether that be weekly, or bi-weekly.

Our machine technology notifies us of any undispensed items. Customers can also reach us at (703) 328-9970. Once our system is notified, we can issue a refund back to the customer's card or issue an electronic refund for cash transactions.
